We measure the success of this journey against a clear benchmark: as Kale Group, we are committed to achieving ESG ratings above the industry average.We have defined our strategic objectives across four areas of impact: cultural transformation, energy and resource management, a sustainable business model, and social impact. Our cultural transformation objectives aim to integrate sustainability into every business unit and build shared awareness and ownership among our employees. We place particular emphasis on strategic HR priorities, including talent and career management. We also prioritise a fair working environment and the protection of employee rights; employee participation, equal opportunity, diversity and inclusion; and the health and safety of our people across all workplaces by strengthening our occupational health and safety culture. In energy and resource management, our priorities are to improve resource efficiency, reduce our carbon footprint and water consumption, contribute to biodiversity conservation and integrate circular economy principles into our operations. We are expanding our investments in renewable energy and sustainable production processes.Within our sustainable business model, we implement practices that strengthen digitalisation, R&D and innovation, reduce our environmental impact through investments in clean technologies, continuously improve the customer experience and create long-term value.
