Kalebodur’s Mayfair Series Wins a Design Award at Archiproducts Design Awards 2025

Kalebodur, the architecture-shaping leading brand of Türkiye’s ceramics pioneer Kaleseramik, has won at Archiproducts Design Awards 2025, one of the design world’s most prestigious awards, with its Mayfair series. Responding to the “return to nature” trend through technology and aesthetics, Mayfair stood out among thousands of international products.

Kalebodur received an award at Archiproducts Design Awards 2025, which celebrates innovation and aesthetics worldwide, for its Mayfair series, combining design and technology with sustainability.

The key feature that distinguishes Mayfair from its competitors is Kalebodur’s revolutionary V-Intech technology. In conventional porcelain slab manufacturing, natural patterns appear only on the surface. As a result, the pattern does not continue through the slab’s cross-section, exposing the single-colour body beneath. Particularly in applications requiring detailed workmanship, such as worktops and furniture, this weakens the material’s natural marble effect and overall aesthetic coherence.

V-Intech technology goes beyond this convention to bring an innovative approach to the industry. By creating “through-body veining” within the porcelain slab, the technology allows veins to continue from the surface through the body and cross-sections.
