KALESERAMİK, ÇANAKKALE KALEBODUR SERAMİK SANAYİ A.Ş. ("Kale" or the "Company") aims to process the personal data of its customers in accordance with Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698 ("KVKK") and other applicable legislation.
We would like to inform you that our Company, acting as the "Data Controller", will process your personal data within the purpose that requires its processing, in a manner that is relevant, limited and proportionate to that purpose, and subject to the conditions stipulated in the KVKK.
2. Collection of Your Personal Data and Collection Methods
Kale will process your personal data for the purposes specified in this Privacy Notice. If the purpose of processing your personal data changes, Kale will update and republish this Privacy Notice.
Your personal data is obtained in physical and electronic environments through information/documents submitted in person, through an application/system or business partner, or by email.
3. Purposes and Legal Grounds for Processing Your Personal Data
Your personal data will be processed by automated or non-automated means to fulfil the purposes below, in accordance with applicable legislation, the Personal Data Protection Law and the provisions of Articles 5 and 6 of the KVKK.

Your personal data will be retained for the period specified in the relevant legislation or for a reasonable period until the purpose of processing ceases to exist and, in all cases, for the applicable statutory limitation periods.
4. Transfer of Your Personal Data to Third Parties
Your personal data is transferred to our domestic/overseas suppliers for the purposes below, based on the relevant legal grounds.
- Your personal data is transferred to holding company servers because certain infrastructure/systems/servers used operate on shared infrastructure, based on the legal ground of establishment/performance of a contract under Article 5(2)(c) of the Personal Data Protection Law.
- To domestic suppliers for the purchase of goods/services, based on the legal ground of establishment/performance of a contract under Article 5(2)(c) of the Personal Data Protection Law.
- To suppliers/servers located abroad because certain infrastructure/systems/email services/servers used are located abroad, based on the explicit consent condition for the transfer of personal data abroad under Article 9(1) of the Personal Data Protection Law.
5. Your Rights
Under Article 11 of the KVKK, individuals whose personal data is processed may apply to our Company to make requests concerning the following:
Learning whether their personal data is being processed.
Requesting information if their personal data has been processed.
Learning the purpose of processing their personal data and whether it is used in accordance with that purpose.
Learning the third parties to whom their personal data is transferred domestically or abroad.
Requesting the correction of incomplete or inaccurate personal data and notification of the action taken to third parties to whom the personal data has been transferred.
Requesting the deletion, destruction or anonymisation of their personal data when the reasons requiring its processing cease to exist, and notification of the action taken to third parties to whom the personal data has been transferred.
Objecting to a result arising against the data subject through the analysis of processed data exclusively by automated systems.
Requesting compensation for damage suffered as a result of unlawful processing of their personal data.
