For product installations, you can contact our authorised services with expert and experienced teams. You can reach the nearest authorised service point from the Service Points or Authorised Services area on our website or you can get support from our contact centre at 0850 800 52 53.
You can return your purchases within 14 days of receipt. For returns, you can create a request from My Account > My Orders page, after which you will receive delivery information and a Return Shipping Barcode. You can send your products to a suitable cargo branch or to the designated address.
After we receive the returned products, we will check the suitability for return as soon as possible. Positive returns will be reflected in your account within 2-10 business days by the bank.
For return, the products must be sent in their original packaging with complementary accessories. Assembled products and hygiene products cannot be returned.
Product returns that are not packaged or not suitable for transport are not received by the cargo company.
Cancellation
You may cancel your order before it is invoiced. For cancellation, select the relevant order from My Account > My Orders page and create your cancellation request.
The refund of cancelled orders is made by the bank within 2-10 business days. For purchases made in instalments, the refund is made to the bank in one go.
Your order is carefully packed and delivered to the appropriate cargo or logistics company according to your package size and address within the specified time. Your order will be delivered to your door. When your cargo is delivered, if there is a deformation in the package of the product or a situation that may damage the product, open the package with the cargo officer and check the condition of your products. If you see any damage to your products, ask the cargo officer to keep a ‘Damage Assessment Record’ and do not take delivery of the package.
For orders that have been shipped, you can find out the latest status by clicking the Cargo Tracking button from the order detail.
Orders are distributed once by cargo companies. If no one can be reached at the given address, the product is kept at the relevant cargo branch for 3 days so that the order can be received by the customer.
